Exercise
This is a project I have been working on a long time. We cover so much of the diet and general health topics her, but the last piece of being healthy is exercise. So, I put together a program that starts at a beginner to intermediate level and gives you a chance to workout better and healthier than at a gym.

We do all this in 15-20 minutes a day, and that’s really only 3 days a week. This is my attempt to bring my workouts, fitness, and eating habits to patients and those who want to be healthier and look better without trendy diets or insanely long workouts.
