How to prevent cancer, get skinny, and save a divorce in one fell swoop

With a title like that I have a lot to live up to. I’ll give it a try. All three of those have roots in one common problem.
Toxicity.
This can be an overused word and actually can mean different things, so lets start with a basic meaning. To me toxicity, is any foreign substance in your body that doesn’t make it healthy and strong, (basically man-made chemicals).
So here we have a conundrum. We like our modern lives and conveniences, but at the same time so many of them are shortening our lives and making them less healthy.
For the most part, cancer frustrates me to no end. The vast majority of them can be prevented and the usual medical angle is that of early-detection. That’s all good, because if you do have cancer you definitely want to get on it early, but hey how about throwing some well known road blocks in the way.
Most of this kind of knowledge isn’t publically available. I actually have a book that was printed from one of the largest natural health companies in the world 30+ years ago, with page after page of successful cancer treatments that were all outlawed for being unscientific.
So where am I going with this?
In health, you can’t solve man-made problems with more man-made solutions.
#1 Proof that cancer is a man-made disease.
Ouch. This is a recent article from Mercola.com. It is surprisingly timely.
Last week when I was giving you a precursor to some toxicity topics this article hadn’t been published yet, but it fits into our discussion very well.
The article relates to studies of mummies and they found that tumors were extremely rare. For more, just read the article. A few highlighs from Mercola’s comments also echo our topic.
Cancers can be from:
- Pesticides and other chemical exposures.
- Pharmaceutical drugs (what?)
- Processed food
- Wireless technlogies
- Obesity
- Stess
- Lack of sunshine / and using sunscreens
There are some heavy hitters in there, but we’ll focus in the toxicity ones, pesticides, medications, processed foods.
Pesticides are poisons, no matter what you call them, or how you use them. Almost ALL our food is laced with them. Unless you are searching for, and using organic foods and products, you are eating or smearing these chemicals on your body every day.
Is it really possible in America to go totally natural? Sure. Is it likely? Not really, because it is so incredibly difficult. We’ll talk about how I deal with this later.
Medications are nothing more than man-made chemicals, that force the body to react a certain way. They were originally based on natural products, but alas, there is no money to be made with natural stuff. They have their place in our world, but real health will never come from medications. It can’t.
Oh my nemesis, processed food.
It is everywhere, in almost every house, and so ingrained in our lives it doesn’t seem unnatural at all. The main problem as it related to toxicity is the artificial vitamins mixed in and depending on the product, they are often laced with pesticides. In the book, “The Crazy Makers” the author points out that even baby foods have been found to contain pesticides. You can always tell a bad product when it says “enriched” in the ingredients list. That means it is full of fake vitamins. (bad for you)
#2 Gettin’ Skinny
Ann Louise Gittleman wrote a pretty interesting book “The Fat Flush plan”, which in a nut shell talks about toxicity polluting up the liver and hampering it’s ability to clean itself. Interestingly, medications tend to gum up the liver as well as other chemicals.
What happens is that a “chemical” comes into the body, that could be drugs (like Tylenol, Trans-fats, pesticides, smog, solvents, or really anything artificial, and your liver is required to deal with it.
So what if your liver is getting sauced up in onions and alcohol and not doing it’s job or can’t do a good job of cleaning your body?
Those chemicals have to go some where?
If you can’t break them down and get them out, then your body stores them in the fat cells. You can think of your body as the ultimate police officer. When something is out of line, it cracks down. Your body can’t have a volitile band of merry chemicals roaming your blood stream.
The best case scenario is to avoid all the chemicals in the first place, but that is pretty hard to do. So, the back-up plan needs to involve keeping the liver tuned up and on full alert, and fully armed to break down the chemicals. Check out #4 for that.
#3 4 ways to a drug induced divorce.
There are many chemical polluters out there, and I already have 3 articles on them. You can start with the one above. Basically, chemicals can seriously mess with a woman’s hormones. Just go through the other articles for more info.
#4 What on earth to do?
To start with,
- Use more organic products (make-ups, shampoos, lotions, etc)
- More organic food
- Take the toxicity survey to start with
Food changes
- Eat Kale
- Eat Brussels sprouts
- Eat more greens in general
- Eat eggs
- Drink more water, less alcohol
The next level. These are the things I take regularly.
- LivCo from Mediherb. Traditional healing and cleansing herbs.
- Cruciferous Complete from Standard Process. Kale and Brussels sprouts in a pill.
There are actually many more things you can do, but this is a good easy place to start. If you checked “yes” in many of the items on the survey, then the full blown purification program may interest you. It is good to do at least once a year. It will be on sale next month and we’ll talk about it much more later, but starting to think about now is a good idea.
If you are thinking that you are way over due for some cleaning and you are off the charts on the survey, then taking the LivCo and the Cruciferous Complete for a month before the purification program would be a good idea. A little pre-cleaning. For really toxic people it is essential. If you are thinking, you want to do the purification program and you want to do a little pre-cleaning, send me a quick email for some discounts.
If you have questions or comments just add them at the bottom.
