This is a continuation of the vitamins I have in my suitcase. Some vitamins are like gold and have amazing value and Catalyn tops that list. But, there are some very important supporting cast members that I use daily because of there extra value to my life.
#1 Drenamin… This seems to have a difficult name but when you have stress this can be priceless. Considering stress is so common and the last 7 months have been some of the most stressful for me, I have it along. Drenamin is meant to be an adrenal gland (stress & energy gland) repairer, and healer by supplying the missing nutrients often used up by added use. Therefore, lots of stress for me has burned up lots of nutients.
#2 Calcium Lactate…This a jack of all trades. Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body and used by nearly every system, including the nervous system, the muscles, the immune system, an the bones.
#3 LivCo… Since my access to organic food has been diminished until I find good sources again, I need all the help I can to minimize the damage. LivCo is formulated with traditional liver cleansing and healing herbs. This combined with Cruciferous complete makes a good combo to clean and heal the liver.
#4 Boswellia Complex… One of my favorites. This is made for one purpose, to decrease inflammation. After a marathon of moving stuff out of our house and then moving it again into a storage shed within 12 hours. I needed all the help I could to minimize soreness. This would also be on my list if I had heart problems or if I ate lots of grains (bread, pasta, rolls, etc.)
I think being proactive about health is critical to being healthy. Now that I am traveling I need to be even more conscientious about eating, health and off-setting the deficiencies with whole food supplements from Standard Process.
