I was going thorough the order sheets last week and noticed that Standard Process has labeled specific products as Fundamentals. They are in use by the most numbers of people. There are quite a few and you would never really take all of them, but the concept is interesting to explore. There are often hidden gems that can help many peoples problems. Any health problem is like a big, complex puzzle. I’m always trying to think about what vitamin is missing, what organ isn’t working, or what needs to be cleaned out…there are many combinations.
Over the years I’ve identified some few basic things nearly everyone needs. I always have some basics coming in: Catalyn, Cruciferous complete, and Cataplex B. There are a few more that are fairly common amongst most people. Here is a list of what most people take. They don’t take all of them, but there may be some you might consider.

In the years to come, taking care of yourself is going to be a very valuable skill, and a dying art. Learn as much about real health as you can. Having to depend on medications is a very difficult road. Healthy people don’t need medications.
