Did you happen to plant some nightshade to go with it?

Come on. You didn’t want to plant one of the most toxic plants in the western hemisphere in your field. I know this doesn’t sound like anything rational about health but it is, in just a minute.

The farmers around here have a choice as to what they plant. They plant a lot of corn, but as far as I know there isn’t a huge market for nightshade. They choose to plant food in stead of poison. That makes obvious sense. But what about the land?

The land is indifferent. It doesn’t care what the farmer plants. If you plant corn the land will nurture corn and encourage it to grow. If the nightshade is planted the land will nurture that as well. The land is the land, it does the best it can for whatever is planted. The ironic part is that your body works the same way.

Some of you might be saying “yeah” but I’m not big and wide and lumpy and all furry with growth. That might be your aunt Edna though.

But seriously, your body functions the same way. If you put wonderful, nutritious organic food in your body, your body runs great, feels great, looks great. If you put toxic chemicals and dead, empty food in your body, your body becomes toxic and poisonous. You may not even realize what you are eating is having that kind of effect on your body.

I have a patient with many serious problem. He had about 25 on our health survey. After I talked to him he committed to making some changes. He had the SAD (standard American diet) diet. 1 week later he had 1/2 the problems. He was far better than I expected. He was also more aggressive at making changes than all other patients except 1.

Guess what he did cold turkey…

He gave up ALL the old food that he had. He went out and bought everyting organic and only drank water, got adjusted. I was very impressed. He was dedicated to making changes and went out and did them. That’s the key, take action. Any action. You don’t have to go and throw your kitchen away, just make it better every time you go shopping. Go back and read old posts. There is a mountian of information to make changes.

To be successful ACTION is necessary.
